Is the drone survey really free?
Yes — and you keep the footage and the written report either way. A standalone drone roof survey costs £150–£350 elsewhere. We do it free because showing you exactly what we see is how we win work without pressure.
What if you find extra problems mid-job?
We stop, photograph it, and price it at the rates already printed on your quote. Nothing happens without your written go-ahead. If you decline non-safety-critical extras, we finish the original job at the original price.
Do you take deposits?
Small jobs: nothing to pay until completion. Larger jobs: a protected deposit with staged payments — the structure is on the quote, and your deposit is insurance-protected.
