Prices on this site are genuine guide ranges, reviewed regularly (each page shows its review date). They are not an offer capable of acceptance — your fixed price comes as a written quote after a survey, valid 30 days, which reconciles against these ranges.
Estimates from our tools are calculated from aerial measurement and are approximate by nature; they never bind either of us. The written quote is the document that counts.
Quotes signed at your home carry a statutory 14-day cooling-off period with a cancellation form supplied — we'll point it out rather than hope you don't notice it.
