Fair question — consumer guides rightly warn that "free roof inspections" are a classic pressure-sales tactic. Ours works differently, and the difference is who owns the evidence:you do. If the survey shows your roof is fine, you have a dated record that says so (useful for insurance, and for ignoring the next doorstep "your roof's about to collapse" merchant). If it needs work, our quote is priced from imagery you hold and can hand to any competitor for a comparison. We win enough of those comparisons to make the maths work — that's the whole model.
