Most roof problems are small when they start: one slipped tile after a windy night, a hairline crack in the flashing, mortar that’s finally given up after forty years. Caught early, they’re a £150–£300 fix. Left a winter, they become rotten battens and stained ceilings.
Our repair service is built for catching things early. Send us three photos and we’ll tell you the same day whether it’s a photo-quotable fix or needs eyes on the roof. If we need to look, the drone goes up — you see every image we see, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Every repair is documented: before photos, after photos, and a note of anything we spotted that doesn’t need doing yet but is worth watching. That record stays on file, so the next conversation about your roof starts from evidence, not memory.

How fast can you get to a leak?
Active leaks jump the queue: we aim for same-day make-safe in B90–B93 and next-day across south Birmingham. The make-safe price is fixed before we set off.
Will you try to sell me a new roof?
No. Most roofs we inspect need a repair, not a replacement — and we'll show you the drone photos either way. If a roof genuinely is at end of life, we'll show you why and quote both options.
Can you match my old tiles?
Usually — Birmingham's interwar stock used a handful of common concrete and clay profiles, and we keep reclaimed stock for the frequent ones. Where an exact match isn't possible we'll show you the closest option before fitting anything.
