The drone survey comes first — five minutes of flight shows the moss load, whether gutters and valleys are blocked, and whether any tiles need attention while we’re up there. Hand scraping is slower and costs more in labour, and it's the method that doesn't shorten your roof's life. That trade-off should be explained, not hidden.
Is moss actually harming my roof?
